Nutrition in Motion uses the BodyGem to test your VO2 or volume of oxygen consumption to precisely measure your metabolic rate at rest. Testing has specific guidelines to follow beforehand. This is perfect for athletes wanting muscle gain and/or weight loss for enhanced performance or for those who have plateaued with weight loss. Along with your reading you will receive a print out, explanation of your results and a recommended calorie level with a macronutrient breakdown, nutrient timing plan and guidance on tracking intake independently. Body Fat Analysis : $45
Get your percent body fat tested via bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA). Receive specific food and nutrition goals for decreasing body fat based on current reading and your individual goal. Arm, chest, waist, hip and leg measurements can be taken. Receive an additional body fat analysis and measurement re-check in 2-3 months.
Healthy Weight Package $189
An in-depth assessment on health history, lifestyle, food preferences, exercise and weight loss goals are completed. From this, an individualized food plan, recipes and snack ideas are developed. Body fat analysis and regular weigh-ins (for those interested) are available. One in-depth assessment and two 30-minute follow-ups are included.
Fitness Contest Nutrition Consultation Complimentary
Record exercise, food and supplement intake for one week and Jen will analyze and give custom recommendations to allow for maximum contest results. MUST include name of approved participating gym when you book. Food and exercise logs must be received at least 48 hours in advance. Please record ALL food/beverage, the amount and time consumed. For activity, record type, duration and time of day the exercise was performed.

Peak Performance Package $229
Designed for the competitive and casual athlete wanting to improve athletic performance AND eat cleaner and healthier in the process. Package includes body fat analysis, estimated muscle percentage, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Reading, sports nutrition assessment, supplement assessment, nutrient timing prescription, individualized recipes and snacks lists. There is an initial one hour assessment with two 30-minute follow-ups that can be used at anytime within six months.
Single Session Follow-ups $39
One 30-minute session designed for those who have already purchased services within the last six month. These individuals want a supercharged refresher without the needed accountability. Established clients may also purchase additional follow-up packages at 4- 30 min sessions $120
